At FlyStride, we want you to love your shoes. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date, provided that:
- The item is unused and in original condition
- The item is returned in the original packaging
- Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email or receipt) is provided
Note: Final sale items, gift cards, and worn shoes are not eligible for return.
2. How to Return an Item
To start a return, please follow these steps:
- Email us at returns@flystride.com with your order number and reason for return
- We will respond with a Return Authorization (RA) number and shipping instructions
- Carefully package the item and include the RA number inside the box
- Ship the item using a trackable shipping method
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
3. Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, we recommend initiating a return for the original item and placing a new order for the preferred item to ensure availability.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
- Shipping charges are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error)
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@flystride.com with photos and your order number. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:
- Double-check your bank account
- Contact your credit card company or bank (it may take additional time to process)
